Our event
audio-visual services are optimised for
– but not limited to – events ranging from the
smallest workshops up to 250 delegates cabaret
seating or 400 delegates theatre seating, and
include combinations of the following depending on
requirement:
Sound
reinforcement
Strategically
placed loudspeakers enable maximum gain before
feedback (microphone howl).
Top-table/panel mics, lectern mic, wireless lapel,
headset and roving mics, audio feed from laptop or
media player, are all provided as required. The
sound system is engineered by one of our team
throughout the event.
Projection
We
provide data projectors as standard; powerpoint,
DVD, pre-recorded and live video stream
projection, additional projectors/screens for
break-out workshops.
Induction Loop
We
provide an induction loop with a circumference of
around 30 metres (to
cover four cabaret seating tables or 6 rows of
theatre style seating, plus lectern and top
table). We clearly mark tables or rows of seats
that are included in the loop, so that hearing aid
users can find a suitable place to sit to use the
service effectively.
Additional
equipment and services
can be ordered in addition to our standard
configuration as required:
LCD/plasma screens, audience polling/response
systems, lighting, palentypist and BSL
hand-signing services, plus any other bespoke
requirement you may have. Quotations will be
provided accordingly.
Venue Liaison
We liaise with any
venue regarding technical requirements on your
behalf. All you need to do is tell the venue that
you are bringing your own audiovisual equipment and
engineer, and we will take it from there. Where
applicable we will carry out a recce at the venue in
advance. |
